Iβve done it π. on Friday I completed my final run of week 9 and graduated from couch 2 5k. Today I ran my first 5k distance which took me 40 minutes. I wasnβt bothered how long it would take - the program has given me the belief and skills to just keep going even up the hills on my route (I used to avoid them π±). I now want to focus on practicing my running - the post run feeling is so good π. Thanks to those who posted supportive comments and the program creators.

Well done on the 5k also but we would however suggest a period of consolidation before pushing on with distance or pace .
It is so so easy to pick up an overuse injury at this stage .
This may help .
