In memory of Tim my run was on the Pipeline track, a 24km return track with a very subtle 1% incline on the way out. I managed 8km, 4 out and 4 back, and followed Tim’s guidance keeping the pace slow and comfortable for me. I thought of Tim as I spotted a few Wallabies on the way back and was definitely smiling particularly for the last Km. I can’t believe I can now do 8km, thanks to Tim and those on this forum.
