Unfortunately Covid has finally caught me so I have not been able to run the usual route for the last week or so.

Thank you MissUnderstanding, tomorrow is the big release day but I don’t think I’ll be running. Maybe just a quick drive to Northumberland to test my eyesight. 😂

Take it slowly. No pressure to get back to running. I was tired for a good while after I had it recently-look after yourself. A sight testing drive/walk is an excellent plan though!
