A day off ment we could run in the daylight a rare change in the winter months and look Tim you sent sunshine such a beautiful day. I will be honest you kept me going this morning I didn’t really want to run but enjoyed it so much thanks to you once again motivating me. Your words of encouragement motivate me regularly and will continue to do so. God Bless ❤️
