I don’t know if it was the last one or the 2 hours walking on the treadmill last night is the culprit, but I was so tired this run.

My EarPods didn’t help either, dying in the first three minutes. Thankfully my husband was there to hand me my tablet stat 🤣🤣🤣

But I did it, I never stopped. And I won’t stop as long as I can keep running. Everyone here is so helpful and motivational. I truly believe that being able to post my progress here has been a big factor in my perseverance, so thank you everyone!!!!

I just completed my 7th week of consolidation runs - and am loving each run more! Even (surprisingly!) my run today at 4°C! (Anything below 15°C is "freaking cold" to me... 🤣)
