Graduation at last

finally graduated yesterday because of Covid stopped doing Couch25K twice and finally managed to put 9 weeks together and finished with local park run so achieved passing and first park run at 64 years old strangely pleased and dissapointed pleased to have finished and dissapointed I didn’t run as well as previously in week would never have thought that it proves anybody can do this if I can my only advice to anyone would be try to do this with somebody else or a running group as that helps so much sure I would have stopped many times and would recommend Couch 25K to anyone
