I've finally recovered from the heavy head cold 🤧 and the house move🏠 .
Yesterday was the first proper day out and I took molly 🐈 for a walk🚶♀️fortunately she doesnt know this area so she didnt plonk herself down when she knew it was going to be a long walk.
I managed 122 minutes walking pretty pleased my first time out in 2 weeks .
I was ringing when I got home and molly went straight to her bed
Needless to say I dont think 🐈 molly will come that way with me again
now I've got to master the running again I
I will go back to tthe gym on Monday and do a few weights🏋️♀️ then try a little run or Jeff in the evening with the ladies running club.
I started this 'running lark" as my husband calls it iduring covid and I intend to try and keep at it no matter what
happy running everyone

"... keep at it, no matter what..." That speaks volumes, about you and your determination to carry on with your running.
You have had a heck of a time and yet, here you still are, still smiling and still running! You had a very good walk indeed and with the extra strength work... ( moving house is a strength exercise in itself) , you should be very well set up for a short or gentle run/Jeff with your club.
A huge well done to you... please, keep us posted!
Hopefully Molly will feel the same soon... when she gets used to the new home! x
