I got up at my normal weekday time today to get into my 20 minute run today. I wanted to be fresh and give my self the best chance.
I could cry 😭 (tears of joy 🤩)
I SMASHED IT!!!!!
It’s been years since I could 🏃♀️ for 20 minutes straight. I have the confidence to make it to the end of week 9, I mean it’s only three little weeks right 🤪

That’s fantastic-congratulations! Think about what made the run so good and try and carry that in to week 6. Keep it really steady. Lots of people (myself included!) can get a bit caught out with the walking breaks again. Enjoy your well earned recovery time!
Congratulations to you Punkmummy on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, yes you smashed it, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran, not long now until you graduate, most runners graduate around 3 or 4 weeks after running run 3 of week 5.
