Sensory Run in Maui

After a glorious sunset & good nights sleep I awake before dawn for Run 5:2.. the fragrance of the frangipani trees as dawn breaks and I move from a walk into the run.. beautiful track through the park and close to the waters edge. A balmy 26 deg.. feeling the warmth & joy of being a C25K runner
