Parkwalk at Parkrun this October

Following on from completing C25K I worked quickly to complete my first Parkrun. I managed to jog my way round on a Saturday morning near the back but behind me were quite a few wkees and mixed walking/running like the early weeks in C25K

Parkrun recognise that a lot if people do walk not run in order to maintain their fitness and to talk to friends so they are officially recognising this by encouraging more people to startbthe journey walking. Here's the link that explains it better than me!

I've heard parkrun will be making an active push to get more walkers active and taking part during October.

Keep at it Chinkoflight !
