Just wanted to say hello as I've recently started C25k for the 3rd time. I completed it about 4 or 5 years ago. The 2nd time I got to week 7 but then my left achilles got strained. My left ankle took some strain last year when I fell down the stairs,bending it in an ungodly way and requiring months of physio. It still twinges but taking it slowly and managing! Hoping to reach some fitness before turning the big 4-0 next year. Currently just completed week 3. Wish me luck!

It took me three attempts to graduate and then I promptly ended up on the injury couch with you've guessed it - ankle problems! Currently doing the physio exercises but hope to resume running soon 🙂
Good luck you are going to do brilliantly! there are a lot of strengthening exercises that I've discovered helps you stay injury free on the strength and flex site recommended on here and in the programme guide
