Well this morning I went back to Laura with wk9. I was finding just listening to music I lacked the discipline to keep running and I found my legs stopping without me really thinking about it. Today I did the 30mns without any problems. Which just proves do what suits .

Absolutely do what suits !If you are sticking to 30 minute runs you may also find the NRC app usefull , it has timed as well as distance guided runs

Guided runs really make a difference, I use NRC a lot and am following a half marathon plan on there

Also try C25K+, Laura guides you through three different runs - speed, stamina and stepping stones. I've found them a great next step 😊

Yes I have tried them. I didn't like the speed one as I had to glide in the air as it were to keep with the slow beat. I liked stamina but don't think I have tried stepping stones.
