W5R2 completed... I thought 2x 8 mins running would kill me but actually I got into a rhythm and I did it! Just looked at the next run and it's 20 mins running ... must stay positive!!!

Great job.
Don’t worry about the next run. The programme is really well planned and as you smashed this one, I reckon you’ll be great. I found that rhythm allowed me to settle in. Enjoy.

Good job for W5R2 and finding your rhythm, I seem to always focus on my breathing maybe if I stopped counting breaths in and out and just ran it would come naturally..
