W6R2- last interval run 😁

So that was my last interval run… what a milestone! W6R1 felt tough but today I totally smashed this run. My pace was quicker, my legs felt great and my breathing spot on. I’ve been experimenting with running at different times of the day to find what works for me. Early evening is working out well … what’s working for you?

Mornings on the way to work are good for me (I need to have a destination for morning runs), other evenings are my preference.

I’m a late afternoon/early evening runner… which in the winter gives me the sunset runs that I love so much.
