So went very good. Unfortunately got call during run. Didn’t realise app pauses ended up running for 23 mins.

Did mine today. 20 minutes on the dot. Would have been tempted to carry on but there was a massive hill ahead 🗻

Wow. Glad you’re enjoying it but try not to overdo it. It’s the rest days, rather than the running days, when you get stronger
