Good luck, take it slow and steady, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself 😊 🏃🏾 by the way it's 20 minutes, not 15.

Enjoy your run then it’s week 6 and upwards

If it helps, think of it as two ten minute runs back to back.

So went very good. Unfortunately got call during run. Didn’t realise app pauses ended up running for 23 mins.

Did mine today. 20 minutes on the dot. Would have been tempted to carry on but there was a massive hill ahead 🗻

Wow. Glad you’re enjoying it but try not to overdo it. It’s the rest days, rather than the running days, when you get stronger

Done week 6 run 1 found it fairly easy but looking ahead at the runs it’s just getting longer and longer.
