I've finally done week 5 run3. Really pleased as I've had a few setbacks. I don't feel like im ready to move to week six yet. Should I just have a go or maybe do week 5 run 3 again. 😁😁😁

Congratulations on your run. That’s fantastic to be running that far in one go.
You’re one run ahead of me so I can’t speak from experience of week 6. But I would say that I often wonder if I can do a run and then am surprised, so I would give it a go. The programme is really well designed. If you find you can’t do it, that’s a good training run before you try again.

Congratulations.
There is nothing wrong with repeating any run or week.
Every run makes you stronger and is training for the next.
However, the structure of C25k is such that if you have completed a run then it has prepared you for the next one.
