Aaaaargh!

I graduated C25K last year and have been doing occasional jogs ever since to keep fit and happy. Then, after 2 years of avoiding it, I got covid a week ago. Aaaaargh! I've had a heavy cold, dizziness and a swollen red face (!) but nothing serious so far. I'm thinking I should go for a slow short jog but worried I'll get dizzy on the way. Anyone else been in this situation? Advice welcomed ☺

Tough, but don't rush out until you are fully fit.

As stated in the guide to the plan, you lose no significant condition in the first two weeks of non running. After that loss of condition is gradual.

All any of us can do after a lay off is to go out for a gentle run and see what we can comfortably manage, then use C25k or something similar to rebuild stamina and resistance to injury.
