Officially completed the program, running with my son in the buggy šŸ˜ AND Ran an official parkrun yesterday morning, again with the baby in the buggy! Official time 42m31s managed to run the whole thing, no walking! and all the non buggy runners said it's one of the harder routes nevermind with a buggy too, I must be super mummy šŸ„° so, so proud of myself!!

Congratulations andā€¦ wow! I have been passed by a few buggy pushing runners over years and have always been in awe. Itā€™s great to see that we have newly graduating super mummies here too! Whatā€™s more, there was a study of active parents that showed that while active healthy dads had little impact on young children, kids with active healthy mums tended to be more active and healthy themselvesā€¦ so youā€™re blazing a great trail for your baby to follow. Celebrate well and enjoy all your running adventures.
