Completed the couch 25K on Monday, chuffed to bits I stuck to the plan 🏃... I have now joined the Triers running club.. My first night tonight which went well without over doing it! Everyone was do welcoming. 👍

Thank you. Im sticking with it, long way to go, but I'm determined to do the half marathon in September 🤞

That’s my longer term goal too. I’m doing a 10K in June as a first step. Good luck with it!
