Ok just completed C25K W9R3, feeling great, this is a real achievement for me at the tender age of 58 & never a runner, in actual fact, hated it most of my life, but since embarking on this program have come to love it, it’s not easy but has got easier since WK1R1 & I know it will continue to do so as I press on, so yes amazing program that really works

Thank you, my celebration will be a nice hot shower & relaxing in with my lovely wife and watching some good tv, while resting my poor legs 😂

Nice work, I was 50 when I graduated and it felt great, 4 years later, still running 3 times a week and enjoying it. Take the consolidation runs easy, make sure you are really comfortable before taking on other challenges
