Started couch to 5k in January 2022 to aid in weight loss. A friend suggested the app and I thought I might as well just give it a try. On March 7, 2022, I managed to complete a 5k in 28minutes!😁, after losing about 8kg since starting. Just wanted to share this and ask for a few tips to improving my 5k even further. I'm seeing so much information online and I don't know what to do exactly, especially now that I don't have a training schedule like I did with the Couch to 5k app. I've repeatedly seen stuff about interval training but I'm not sure where to start. Any help will be appreciated,

-an enthusiastic beginner runner

We recommend that you spend some time consolidating your 5k, becoming totally comfortable with that duration, BEFORE moving to longer duration or working on pace.
