Just completed my first run. I have a condition called bile acid mal absorption which has made me pile on the pounds over the last few years. Hoping that running will help me get back into control!

Oh my, I also have this condition and I suspect we could open a new forum on this alone!! 🙈I promise you that this programme will help you. Weight loss just in terms of numbers may be slow (this condition makes it surprisingly difficult!!) but you will certainly tone up and it will give you some 'control' over your health, which may sometimes have not seemed possible 😔
Hydration is key for us anyway and, as said above, even more important when you start this running malarkey 😁
