I've done a couple of consolidation runs now. Without Sanjeev in my ear telling me how much time I've been running for, it turns out I run further, which is nice. About 6.5km in general. Not very quickly, though.
However, I'm not running to my breathing and I'm not sure what to do about it (or maybe I've misunderstood what it means and I don't need to do anything about it). I feel like what stops me running further/faster is the muscles in my legs, not breathlessness. I'm not really getting breathless. Should I be?

That is the PERFECT pace - carry on like that. You are going at an 'easy' or 'conversational' pace.
"Should I be?"
Absolutely not.
" I feel like what stops me running further/faster is the muscles in my legs"
- that's exactly how it should be as this stage - the cardio-vascular fitness improves at a quicker rate than your musculoskeletal adaptations, so it's perfectly normal that you're limited by the latter right now, rather than the former.
I have, thank you. It makes sense. I think I got mixed up with other comments about running to your breathing and worried that my breathing wasn't really involved. I was completely running to my muscles. I could probably have pushed a bit and still have been able to speak easily in full sentences.
