Music to run to?

I’ve noticed that I enjoy my runs a lot more with a bit of music. I love Sophie Ellis-Bextor’s Kitchen Disco playlists but I’m already listening to them for the 2nd time and need new suggestions. What music/playlist do you listen to on your C25K runs?

Hi DorsetDiva …i like a bit of madness & the specials personally…I also like to listen to true crime podcasts, seeing red is a good one if like that sort of thing? There’s plenty of running playlists on Spotify if you have it?

You’ll have to add something on my post that you like 😉 …seeng red is good to listen to, just don’t listen when you’re running in the dark on your own!!! It suddenly becomes evident how scary it can be!!!

roseabi asked for suggestions a while ago and made a compilation with a broad range of tunes. Have a look, maybe there is something there that you like for runs.

I need music with somewhat stomping beats and found out that funk works quite well on my runs. Currently it's Marc Ronson's "Version" album that accompanies me.
