Just completed week 5 Run 3. I can't believe I ran for 20 minutes. Thanks to all your post regarding week 5 Run 3. I took a lot of encouragement from those posts. Today I went out thinking there's no way I will be able to do it. I just kept saying to myself keep going and see what happens. Also I took it slow pace all the way after 12 minutes it felt better I was comfortable . And like lot's of people here said mind over matter I felt that today. So if you are worried about 20 minutes running just go out and give it a go you will probably surprise yourself like me. Thanks everyone

Well done to you Alan23 on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, you should be very proud of yourself, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes run of week 5 which you have just ran.

Take your time with week 6 run 1 as it often catches up people out with returning to intervals !
