As for slow... keep it like that. There is no need to go any quicker. The program is TIME based, not distance, despite the title.

I started C25k when I was 64!! Just retired and looking for something to do during lockdown. Like you never been a runner, but I followed the programme and graduated I can honestly say I feel fitter than I ever have. Good luck on the journey.
Well done. I’m middle aged too and we can do it!! I’m half way through week 4 and still enjoying it.
