Started yesterday never run before in my life, really slow but I did it. 52 and Need to get fitter and need a stress relief, enjoyed it looking forward to tomorrows run

I'm sure you've run at least once before ...

As for slow... keep it like that. There is no need to go any quicker. The program is TIME based, not distance, despite the title.

Well done on your first run. I find running is a great mood booster, especially in winter. Stick with the programme it really works👍

I started C25k when I was 64!! Just retired and looking for something to do during lockdown. Like you never been a runner, but I followed the programme and graduated I can honestly say I feel fitter than I ever have. Good luck on the journey.
