Hi everyone.
I started this C25K back in September time last year and unfortunately after 5 weeks I fell off the wagon However now Christmas and New Year etc are firmly out the way I don't really have any excuses to hold me back now! I must admit I did miss the running and the benefits that I recieved from it (even just after 4 weeks - mind boggling!) So I'm back on it again, and determined to stick to it this time!
I have to admit that I actually started again at week 3 after finding week 1 and 2 a bit too easy and not feeling benefits, however to stay on the safe side I'm doing a couple of extra week 3 runs to avoid any injury. Its a bit of a struggle, but a good one and I'm really hoping I'll carry it onto week 9 this time! I have a 5k Race For Life run booked for the end of May so I have no excuse really!
So that's about it...hope everyone else is doing well and keep on running!
