Starting again...

Hi everyone.

I started this C25K back in September time last year and unfortunately after 5 weeks I fell off the wagon :( However now Christmas and New Year etc are firmly out the way I don't really have any excuses to hold me back now! I must admit I did miss the running and the benefits that I recieved from it (even just after 4 weeks - mind boggling!) So I'm back on it again, and determined to stick to it this time!

I have to admit that I actually started again at week 3 after finding week 1 and 2 a bit too easy and not feeling benefits, however to stay on the safe side I'm doing a couple of extra week 3 runs to avoid any injury. Its a bit of a struggle, but a good one and I'm really hoping I'll carry it onto week 9 this time! I have a 5k Race For Life run booked for the end of May so I have no excuse really!

So that's about it...hope everyone else is doing well and keep on running!

:)

Welcome back to C25K :) I think you're wise to take things slowly otherwise injury will put you back to square one again. Good luck getting to the end of the programme, keep us updated on how you get on.
