Hello,

Having only done my first two runs, I’m still working my way around the app & programme.

After we have completed each run, is there anywhere on this C25K app that we can look at our route?

Or do we need to download another app for routes like Strava?

Thank you

Helen.

Well done on running C25K app, however, if you wish to see your route you will have to download another app such as Mapmyrun or Strava

Thank you .Is there much preference or any advantages with one?

I guess it’s just personal choice!

It's all about choices hells_bells2207 I use Strava, but only the free version of the app.,

Well done. The C25K app does not track your run, but there are many alternatives, as mentioned in the guide to the plan.

Being able to see your route is interesting but don't get hung up on the stats............you cannot expect to get faster each week when you are having to pace yourself for each week's increase in demand.

A nice easy conversational pace is, counterintuitively, more productive than running faster.

There are many tracking apps and many are free and perfectly adequate. They have different strengths and weaknesses but I stick with Runkeeper because it is possible to programme in intervals, which might be useful to you later on.

Thank you for letting me know all of that.I won’t get hung up on speeds & times as I’m disinterested in all that!!

I want to look at the area I ran & even if it’s a green that I run on, I want to see all the number of times I went around it, to encourage me!

Thanks,

Run 3 later today!
