As i mentioned before I was really worried about this one as its the longest single run I've EVER done.
But.....I only blooming did it! π₯³ 20 whole minutes with no walking (or stopping) I'm so pleased with myself and the NHS Couch to 5k program it really does work! π Still got another 4 weeks to go but to me this was my biggest challenge and a real milestone in my training.
Thanks for all the tips, advice and calming words here on this forum and also on the FB page. Really makes me feel that I'm not alone and that there is a plethora of help and support just a quick click away!
I'm still in shock that, 5 weeks down the line, I can get up at 5am without complaining AND go for my joggle π I think this is also worth celebrating.

Thank you. Looking forward to starting Week 6 on Monday. Just taken a peek and Run 1 for Week 6 and it does look like it should be easier but looks can be deceiving, especially as it throws off your rhythm with the walking recoveries in there. That'll be hard.
I'm trusting the plan as I still can't get over I've got to 20 mins!!
