One more week to go and I will have completed the NHS 12-Week Fitness Plan. This plan really is brilliant. It incorporates the C25K (C230min), C25k+, Strength & Flexibility and 10-minute (20-25min) Strength workouts. I have made it so far without any injuries or feeling defeated at any time. I absolutely recommend this plan. 😊
I've been feeling quite anxious about moving forward without my dear friend Laura, but I'm sure I'll manage I must just find some nice music to run to. 🎶 I never used to run to music, but I think it definitely helps to keep your mind off your aching legs.
I'm going to try Ju-Ju's Magic Plan next using the 30-20-10 technique on the short days which will hopefully help me speed up a bit, but let me not get ahead of myself - 1 more week to go!!! 🏃🏻♀️
