An early Freedom Parkrun

I often try to go on a Tuesday for a 5k run and lately have been running the Parkrun course as have marshalled on the actual day. However this Tuesday I gave my 81st blood donation and so told no strenuous activity afterwards. I had booked my Covid Booster for Wednesday morning with a slim chance I could have flu at same time so thought I best run before that as not knowing what the effects may be. So I went and run my local Parkrun as have been asked to Marshall again on Saturday so did my run early. A little slower than Fridays run maybe the fact I am not normally a morning runner and I did this one with no food before hand. It was only 38 seconds slower so not too bad. It’s done now. Then strolled up and had Covid Booster in one arm and flu jab in other. Feeling a bit like a pin cushion at moment. Stay healthy keep running post soon.

Wanted the run but concerned of any effects of the jabs so got it out the way.

That's a good run for you Papillon17, considering that you gave blood yesterday and before you had your two jabs today, well done πŸ˜€ πŸƒπŸΎ

Thanks AlMorr think the loss of a pint cost me 38 seconds πŸ˜‚ but it’s done now. Can Marshall and be happy I have run the Parkrun.
