Just completed w8 run 1, and I'm actually beginning to believe I might make 5k!! I'm so proud of myself. Really good run this evening, after a hard one at W7R3, so was expecting to struggle. The end is in sight! I CAN DO THIS! Now off to rehydrate.... Well, it is a Friday night after all! πŸ˜ŽπŸŽ‡

Well done on that self belief.

Only a small proportion of graduates from this forum who responded to a poll, managed 5k in 30 minutes by graduation healthunlocked.com/couchto5....

Graduation requirements are that you complete three thirty minute runs, regardless of distance.

You will make 5k, but as IT has said, not many people manage that in 30mins (at least not in that last run of the programme). But completing the programme means that quite soon afterwards you will run that 5k, in whatever time it takes you. Good luck

Well done on your progress but remember 5 k in 30 minutes is Not a requirement for graduation.

It's a time based program not distance !

And what do you mean 'The end is in sight! ? Graduation is just the beginning 😁

Keep up the great work πŸ‘

Go go goooo!!!!!
