W4R1 - I did it!! Wasn’t sure I would be able to make the jump to this week but really surprised myself running in -8 windchill took it steady and slowly and surprised myself at how I found I could keep going. Am beginning to believe in this now....oh and enjoyed it even though I was freezing my bit off! 🙌

That's great, I think Wk4 you really start to get into it and look forward to ticking those runs off. Next thing is you'll get sucked into the lycra and 'accessories' world, and then there's no looking back 😁👍
