I just finished my W9R2 and it felt so light. I am truly amazed and so proud of myself. Before starting C25K I haven’t done any exercise at all for years and now I’m running 30 mins. Who would have believed?
If I can do it, so can you! What I’ve noticed there are two important things which make my running smooth: rest day between runs and a good night’s sleep. If I’m doing 2 runs in consecutive days, it doesn’t feel comfortable. The same goes after I haven’t slept well.
So recovery is the key for me.

The number one rule of C25K is not to run on consecutive days, congratulations on almost completing the course, only 1 more run until you graduate, good luck for your graduation run 🏃🏾 😊
I know there has to be a rest day between runs. I don’t recommend anyone not having those because it just doesn’t feel good and you muscles won’t have time to build strength. Thank you for your wishes 😊🏃🏼♀️
