So the doctor said 4-6 weeks rest due to my LCL sprain, but Iโm stubborn and know my body and I had no pain in my knee for a few days! So I went for a run this morning with my knee support on , wasnโt my best time, but Iโm back & it feels good .
As long as you had no pain at all because running on a painful injury can make it chronic! But if you felt pain free go for it! Love the bounce back! Iโm in a similar position with my hip! Running is blood sport ๐คฃ
