Not sure what happened last night but my stomach went into spasm and I felt dreadful , early bed. Being an insomniac I was up during the night taking on water , telling myself no run in the morning.. By the time the morning was here , I felt well but decided to take it easy and slowly . My normal run time is 6.30 - 7.00 am , this went by ....... At 8.30 am my head and body was shouting run.... So I did as I felt good and was hydrated . I ran even slower than normal and did have it in my head that at any stage I felt bad I would stop but I felt good . A great Jack the Ripper Pod cast and a lovely cool morning , gosh I felt alive . W8R3 done.. And my phone kept going with Laura and my Pod Cast , a first thanks to another poster on here......

A spanner in the works!
I think that’s a good mantra if I don’t feel well I can and will stop. I really admire early morning runners I am not a morning person
Well done, you're nearly there 🙂. I love a morning run but as I set off for work at 06.50, I need to be out of the door for 05.30. I got a shock Monday morning, it was still dark, gulp! I had to do an evening run which aren't quite the same when I've been on my feet all day. I love a run that gets rid of all the aches and leaves me feeling alive. Onwards and upwards, good luck with wk 9 👍
Not sure I want to run in the dark.. But I am lucky I only work 8 hours a week. Happy running.
Phew! After the first sentence I started to get worried as I am willing you over the finish line.
Hopefully you are recovered and its great you got through your run. You are one determined lady.
Even though I have graduated you are an inspiration. Thank you.
Oh glad your better I was the same on my second run w6 felt out of sorts the night before but I decided to run the next morning glad I did
I love running early morning it makes me feel refreshed and ready for the day 😃
Good for you MrsRun! I’m struggling to get out of bed early enough to be back, showered and at my desk for 9.
Hope you are feeling better - you are so close to the finish line!
