Completed W9R1 this morning, on holiday in llandudno up at 5-15 running before 6. Fantastic run 1st of the 30 min run, definitely a change of scenery helped, running by the coastline, amazing. Good luck to everyone on their next runs.

Now that is dedication. I bet you feel great that you have completed that first 30 minute run . It is one of my dreams to run by the sea... You are very lucky. Enjoy your holiday and happy running.
