W6R2 Was worried I was asking too much of my body!

I was a bit worried as I set off on my run this morning that I was asking too much from my body. Yesterday I had a very demanding shift at work and as I was home by early afternoon I decided to go for a walk , about 8 miles... But for some reason my body felt strong this morning and I was wobbling along very nicely , steady and slow . I did not want to stop for the walk in the middle but did and the second ten minute run was a tad harder but still felt ok and pushed myself slightly harder (nothing stupid) . I am looking forward to Thursday when I just run with no walking between runs. That does not mean I am super confident about it but I find it hard to restart running after walking.

It is so much easier just to keep running and you will love moving onto the continuous runs.

You have already proved that your body can and will adapt to the progressive structure of the plan, so believe in yourself and trust the plan. Between them, they will deliver the goods.

You are doing great.

Thank you. I am really looking forward to just running and as you say my body is prepared for it.
