W6 D3 my first bad run

Not gonna lie it sucked pretty hard. It's raining hard here and I bundled myself into leggings and a rainproof jacket and trundled out.

I wasn't feeling it when I started and it didn't get better when my right hip started stiffening. However I kept shuffling until the end and made it. Very proud of myself for not walking when my mind had thrown in the towel.

I really wish the app did in run stretching it's the thing is miss most.

Also I just realised this marks the beginning on the end, the start of the non stop runs...eeekk how exciting.

Well done on completing W6R3. We all have off days. In Wales we get lots of rain. Years ago I used to run in the rain in just my running shorts and tee shirt, recently I bought a bright yellow lightweight running jacket that’s fairy waterproof, windproof and breathable. I still wear my running shorts in the rain though.

I'm starting to think I might go back to my shorts. I felt oddly constricted in leggings. It was nice to realise even the bad runs can still be productive
