Started week 2 today, i was hot before i started and it felt pretty humid. Ive got pain under the ball of my foot - so I’m icing it and taking anti inflammatory meds ☹️
(When i slipped and landed on my left knee just before xmas, my right leg slid behind me and i strained my middle couple toes - so think it might be that flaring up)
Ironically its less sore running in my comfy sauconys than it is walking barefoot or in ‘proper’ shoes.
Im meeting a friend in a nice restaurant for a late lunch today so ‘nice’ shoes needed and runners wont be appropriate 😂
