I can run!

I graduated about a month ago, but have repeated week 9 twice since, just to make myself believe I actually can run 30 minutes! Yesterday I ran for 42 minutes and reached 5.99km. I’m slow but so proud of myself ☺️ Can I be a graduate now please?

You were a graduate the moment you had completed three thirty minute runs, regardless of distance covered.

I assume you are wanting your graduation badge, which I am pleased to award you, though for information for others, the usual way to apply for your graduation badge is to leave a message on the monthly graduation post which can always be found in the pinned posts.

Congratulations.

Do check out the guide to post C25k running healthunlocked.com/couchto5... it is full of tips.

You are most definitely a true runner. A worthy graduate and the distance is completely irrelevant, 30 mins is the target, and you have done that - and not just once.We are all so very proud of you and are behind you all the way. Keep running and never worry about distance - unless you are running a 5k, 10k etc race of course!!😉
