Japanese Slow running

I’m posting to, once again, sing the praises of slow running. I’m now running at 5k in 45 minutes pace instead of 5k in 40 minutes. I’m not gasping for breath, I feel as if I could run forever and I’m enjoying it.

Yep! I’ve always run slowly but with the Japanese Slow Running method I now know that slowly is good.

Another lover of niko niko running here. If I hasn't discovered it I wouldn't have made it through to Week 9, Run1 which I did this morning.

Just under 4k in 46 minutes.......once I graduate I will work on getting to 5k, but like a tortoise 🐢 not a hare 🐇 - Sppedy Gonzales is never going to be my moniker🤣
