I am not sure what the old one was but I deleted that one and downloaded the 7.6.2 and it takes you through the download for the voice over but when I select any run that message comes up and then freezes the app.
Hi,I had this same problem yesterday. I had to delete the app, reinstall and then pick a different voice because the one I had been using for 8 weeks is no longer there! It then crashed at 28 minutes and I had to do the same thing all over again...very frustrating especially on wk8 r3 and right near the end. I hope it's sorted for you now... happy running
