Just finished wk8 R3

I can’t believe that on Saturday morning I begin my final week.

I’m so happy as I have got so so much more that fitness out of this program. 😊

It's incredible how it works isn't it !? I have just ran my first run on wk9 so only two more until I complete ..I still can't believe only 8 weeks ago I couldn't run for 60 sec without struggling , now I can run for 30 min 😁🏃 good luck on Saturday and enjoy your last week x

It is amazing.. I’ve never even tried running before this, didn’t think for a minute I’d take to it like I have done.The advantages mentally and physically are brilliant... we are nearly there now 👍

I'm also starting week 9 on Saturday. I agree, I really wanted to have a go at running. I thought I'd have to stick with it much longer before I started to enjoy it.
