Starting to feel the achievement

W8R1 completed in the sun first thing . In the last 2 years - work always “ got in the way “ of exercise. C25K is what I needed to break that “ excuse “ and focus on me . I’m now loving it ( well loving finishing each run ) and am feeling pretty proud of myself for sticking to it and getting so close to graduating . If you’re just starting out or part way through - hang on in there - the effort is truly worth it !!

Well done! And thanks for the encouragement. I’m enjoying working my way up but had to take a break today as had my first COVID vaccination yesterday and I’m feeling too ropey! Looking forward to my next run though :)
