I am very slow still - but filled with joy that I can now run & am enjoying it.
Not sure what I do next. Do I keep running 30 mins to get my speed up so I can run further distances - or start Cto10k even though Iβm running under 4 k in 30 mins. π€·π»ββοΈ
Iβve no advice Iβm sorry as Iβve only completed week 1 myself, but I just want to say congratulations that is such an achievement to have completed the program β€οΈ Amazing xx

As others have said, get yourself used to jogging for half an hour for a few weeks. What you do then is up to you. There are plenty of suggestions above.
Don't worry about the pace. None of us here are likely to rival Kipchoge. We do it because we want to.
Congratulations π₯³ππ»ππ»ππ»π Iβve been running for nearly a year and still canβt run 5k in 30 mins so donβt worry about it. Iβm at about 4K in 30 mins so not far from you. As others have said, consolidate by doing regular 30 mins runs, at least once a week. Then you can begin to extend your distance by adding 10% time or distance to one run a week until you reach 5k.
Check out the Consolidation Club and the Nike Run Club (NRC) app which has lots of guided runs to try in case you find you are missing Laura π or whoever got you through C25K. Good luck ππ»
Thanks for this. Will read up on tips. Really appreciate it. πππ½ββοΈ
