That’s it another 5k today and my graduation run complete. Thanks for your support everyone it’s been emotional. I plan to try and achieve a sub 30 min time then 10k in the long run ( pardon the pun) .Thanks again 👏🏻👏🏻👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻

Well done Fatheadcymru73 ! Just one thing for your future running: don't worry about getting a sub-30 5k before running 10k. I did it the other way round, as do many others. Some people like running faster, some prefer running longer. And many more keep running but don't do either. Do what's right for you, and happy running!
