I went for a run in January and struggled, so I returned to the very beginning and dragged me son along for the ride/run. We have today finished run 1 of week 9 and I am faster and fitter than when I finished this programme last year.

It is a great way to get fit and build a strong stamina base that you can take it to any sport. I have found my cycling to be easier as a result.

What next you will automatically be in the Consolidation Club just keep up 30 minutes of running for 3 times a week or try the 12 week NHS plan specially adapted for consolidation runs
