Well thats week 3 been an gone! ! Again I can't believe I've done it!
I was feeling rubbish my niggles are still bothering me ,I was ment to do my run yesterday but I was working yesterday an ended up walking over 8miles so came home an flopped on the sofa ,tonight I ran outside! I didn't fancy coming home an doin it on the treadmill mill so did it on my way home at 10pm , it was absolutely brilliant! The cool air was exactly what I needed ,it felt so good an stopped me sweating ,I even ran up a hill (a small one but still lol)
I have shin splints I think ,,,its like a sharp pain right in the center of my shin bone , its not when I'm exersicing but happens for a few mins every hr/ couple hours :/ any advice on how to help treat them would be greatly appreciated
Hoping wk4 isn't as bad as I think seems like a huge step up from running 3 mins 😕

Aw well done! Hope ur proud of urself! <3 , I hav mixed feelings about this wks runs ,, I felt great today during the day very motives I could do it! But now I'm home from work the feeling has gone, im still goin to do my run tonight when kids are asleep ,I've been emotionally up an down for most of the last 3wks haha but I want that wk 4 notch! good luck for ur run im sure ull giv it ur best ! X
Aw I hope ur cold doesn't bother u to much ! An u feel better soon Taking an extra rest day could be a good idea especially if ur not up to it , u hav plenty time to complete each wk , hope u hav a good run ! X
