I did wk5r2 today with no problem after taking 3 days rest as my partner gave birth on Friday and I weighed myself today for the first time in years to find that I’m 23st6lb just wondering if there’s anyone else out there running at this kind of weight and where your at? Bit nervous about the 20min run in 2 days but I don’t think it’s going to be a problem

Yo 🙋🏻 At 5'3" and 13st 12, I'm like The Little Teapot! I have never ran in my life before and have a bad ankle but I NEED to do SOMETHING to try and shift some of this weight. I worked out my bmi evening and was so upset that I got changed and did my very first lesson for week 1! Good on ya for getting out there too pal 🙂
Excellent! Never forget that we are all here to help, support and encourage you. If you have any questions, and it doesn't matter how silly or basic it may sound, do please ask. We have all wondered this and that, and have been too embarrassed to ask... but if you are wondering it, others will be too.Remember, it isn't a race. Slow and steady is the way forward and listen to your body. Oh, rest days are exceptionally important.
